Our company has a full understanding of your company's production and operation and the risk of product quality problems. We agree to be fully responsible for any economic loss caused to your company due to product quality problems. If the product quality problem brings economic punishment to your related personnel, our company agrees to bear at least 60%.

We agree to your company's bad record management regulations if.

(1) The product has more than three quality failures; or serious quality failure problems, although not causing consequences, but the impact is bad, the contract will be terminated, included in the bad record list, and banned for two years.

(2) violation of the installation and the circumstances are serious, although not cause consequences, but the impact is bad, the termination of the contract, included in the list of bad records, two years ban.

(3) serious quality problems, causing significant economic losses or causing accidents, included in the list of non-record, banned within five years.

In case of the above penalties, cost bearing or compensation situation, we agree to pay in the purchase price.
