Inverter high speed motor
Inverter high speed motor, a high precision 160mm center height four pole asynchronous motor. The design process uses the simplest method and traditional technology to achieve the highest speed and maximum power. Under the condition of existing bearings, the special bearing chamber is designed so that the temperature rise of the bearings does not exceed 50K under the condition of high speed and full load, and the whole machine adopts two sets of cooling systems, water cooling and air cooling, so that the temperature and temperature rise of the motor winding is relatively uniform and there is no over-hot spot. Special aluminum casting process is adopted to improve the quality of rotor casting, while the rotor dynamic balancing adopts compact dynamic balancing system. The final efficiency of the motor can reach more than 95%, and the power-to-weight ratio is not less than 2kW/kg, which has very high product competitiveness among the limited similar competing products in China.
